Jazz in the Wood is an magical, annual evening event for the whole community to come together, meet old friends and dance the night away.
Guest are encouraged to bring chairs and a picnic and sing and dance the night away to a variety of bands; the woodland is decorated which add to the unique feel of this very special evening.
Jazz in the Wood has its roots in the wood’s opening event in 2002 over the Queen’s Golden Jubilee weekend, since then it’s grown to two stages each hosting a variety of acts while still keeping its unique Gloucestershire village vibe. Proceeds go to the upkeep of the wood.
What to expect? Music, dancing, good company and a large grin!
